Can’t stop thinking about Samui.
Last post. Double Promise.
We had rented a bike , and since we were returning it at noon , we thought we’d ride around the streets hunting for a good breakfast spot. Bophut , seems like a pretty sleepy town. Nothing , I mean really, nothing was functioning.
Rode back into Fisherman’s Village , was about to settle into Karma Sutra ,great reviews on Tripadvisor , by the way.It was packed the night before, hence we thought we’d check it out during the day. BUT THEN , had a peek at a little cafe directly across. Staff were still in the midst of getting the cafe open.
We went in anyways. Probably the best decision we made.
Seated at the edge of the restaurant . ( if you have kids , then no to this spot). The views are amazing, its just you and a 10 feet drop to the beach below. No railings , no glass ,no windows, no stairs ……. just views!
It was a fusion menu. Some asian dishes and the standard English breakfast, choice of waffles , toast etc. We had the Englist breakfast and pancakes. Food was alright. I had the iced coffee , that was great.
Enough said. Go for the views. Amazing.
